Gourmet Gluten Free Pizza Mix
The most authentic tasting gluten free pizza mix. This bag can make up to 3 pizzas. Easy and convenient, simply add water, oil, and yeast.
Ingredients: white rice flour, tapioca starch, cornstarch, sugar, brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, almond meal, salt, flax meal, psyllium husk, cellulose fiber, rice bran, locust bean, soluble corn fiber, xanthan gum, enzyme, baking soda
Instructions on the MIX:
STEP 1 | In large mixing bowl, add Bella Cena Pizza Dough Mix, 1 tlbs (14g) instant yeast, 1 2/3 cup (397g) water (room temperature) and 3 tablespoons (41g) oil to bowl. Using a stand mixer, mix on low speed for 1 minute then scrape down dough. Now, mix on med-high for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
STEP 2 | With oiled hands, form dough into (3) equal sized round balls (290g-300g), press the dough into the baking pan of choice.
STEP 3 | Cover lightly with plastic wrap, let dough rise about 1-2 hrs. until dough has doubled in size.
STEP 4 | Add sauce and toppingsof choice before baking.
STEP 5 | Pre-heat home oven to 425ºF. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until desired crust consistency (puffy, golden brown crust). Enjoy!
